Mentoire Premium is a recurring subscription. You can cancel any time from the membership/settings option after signing in, or by emailing us — cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the current period ends. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You can permanently delete your account and all of its data from Settings → Delete account in the app. This erases your profile, conversations, journey, and programs, and cannot be undone.
